Perception of the Disabled

You are invited to participate in a short survey about the perception of the disabled. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete this questionnaire. Participating in this study does not involve any risk to you beyond that of everyday life. Even though you may not have any direct benefits from participating in this study, this study will help to better understand the relationship between behavioral modification and the perception of the disabled. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Please answer as honestly as possible as there are no right or wrong answers. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate.
